位于台北101附近的居民区，晚上很安静也很安全，离捷运站10分钟步行距离。刚到时房间因为潮湿会有一点霉味，但开窗后散味很快。房东回复很及时，考虑到没有电梯，不建议行李太多的人来入住

Très bon emplacement avec la tour de Taïwan à proximité, plusieurs centres commerciaux et le métro et les bus. La randonnée pour monter sur les hauteurs de la ville est à côté également. Je conseille à tous les voyageurs de profiter du séjour pour aller visiter l’île et ne pas se cantonner à Taipei. Merci encore pour l’accueil.

Great wifi & flexible check in. Super responsive host, wonderful convenient location. Quiet residential area tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Taipei.

When I arrived I was in shock, and immediately looked up other places right after opening the door. I've just arrived from the Canadian winter, a similarly placed Airbnb where it was dry and warm. This place on the other hand was very cold and extremely humid, everything just felt wet (which is to be expected near the hills and the forest). The dehumidifier is up to the task, it dried up the place in around 12 hrs, and constantly ran for 2 weeks. The apartment is the average Taipei experience, quite small and cosy, in an authentic local setting. There is an installed water filter on the sink. I would not recommend the place for long stays, since the so called kitchen leaves a lot to be desired. There is basically no cookware, I was not able to do anything except hard boiled eggs. Overall this was an acceptable experience, the location is great, but the place needs an overhaul if Ann wants it to be long-term friendly.

My first trip to Taipei and was caught a bit off guard as the lack of elevator and the construction of the bathroom was unexpected. Once I had spoken with locals and was made aware that the apt was normal for lower end Taipei residences I understood. But i believe those things should be better explained in the description.
