Great place to stay. Short commute to downtown. Would definitely stay again next time we are in Dallas. Only complaint is limited supplies in the kitchen.

Check- in was a little complicated. You have to text roughly an hour before you are expected to be there. His assistant will meet you with a key. You don’t actually know the unit number until you follow her to it. The place was really clean overall. The oven and inside near the toilet rim were filthy. Everything else was spotless though! The place was comfortable, Mike was responsive, and it was a really good experience. I would recommend this place!

Mike generously let me check in early on the day of the eclipse but unfortunately check instructions weren’t clearly communicated and it was a little difficult getting in. The unit is nicely appointed and the location is OK but I thought that there would be cafés a little bit closer to walk to. There is a very large construction project happening just outside the unit with very bright lights and flapping construction plastic. The unit could use more light blocking curtains, at least for the bedroom. For those who are sensitive to synthetic air fresheners like me they are used in this unit. I was surprised neither coffee nor tea were not provided but maybe I just missed that in the description. I appreciated the supply of water bottles in the fridge and extra toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom. I found the couch area very comfortable, but there is a large crack on the coffee table that could be dangerous if you don’t see it at first. The extra large TV is a nice feature.
