We welcome your group to our large chalet with lots of room for fun and to make memories. Enjoy our 9 person Swim Spa Hot Tubs and amazing Fire Pits. Soak in the beautiful view of the mountains. Features: - Large chalet that can host up to 22 guests (very rare) - Extremely Large 9 Person Swim Spa Hot Tubs - Fire pit - View of beautiful Mountain - Entertainment area: 100" Projector; Pool and Foosball table; Air Hockey table Our chalet has 10 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms to accommodate Large groups. We have a REVERSE Floor Plan. Our Dining Room and Kitchen is located on the top floor and overlooks the beautiful mountain. Large Floor to ceiling windows and vaulted ceiling will welcome lots of natural lighting. Guests with mobility difficulty can stay on the Main Floor with 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and Living room area. There is a direct walk outside to the backyard and Hot Tub as well. ✶✶Main Floor layout: Living Room - large 70 inch TV with seating for 8 guests - Premium cable to watch your TV shows or sport games - laptop stations for 2 guests (not enclosed) 5 Bedrooms - 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th bedroom with one queen bed each - 8th bedroom has 3 twin beds - 2 full bathrooms for sharing ****** This would be very convenient for guests with special needs and concern for stairs. ✶✶Second Floor layout: Master bedroom - King bed with dresser and walk in closet - Ensuite bathroom included 2rd and 3rd bedroom - 2nd bedroom has one queen bed - 3rd bedroom has high ceilings and 4 single beds - a full 2nd bathroom for sharing Kitchen - fully stocked for your cooking needs - spice racks Coffee Espresso station - special espresso machine DeLonghi (fresh coffee beans provided) - bring your own milk to make your cappuccino - drip coffee machine - many tea to choose Dining Room - beautiful 14 ft dining table overlooking the mountain and fireplace - seats 14 guests - we have folding chairs that can easily seat 22 guests Walks out directly to our 2nd storey deck. Perfect for BBQ and relaxation. ✶✶Basement Floor layout: Entertainment area - 100 inch HD projector for movie nights or game nights - pool table - air hockey table - foosball table - laundry room 2 Bedrooms - each bedroom has 2 twin beds totaling 4 twin beds - full bathroom in the basement Our backyard is very private but not fully fenced. Please watch your pets at all time. Our beddings will include a mattress protector, fitted sheet, duvet and duvet covers, pillow and pillow covers. Fitted sheet, duvet covers and pillow covers will be washed fresh for guests' arrival. Guests can bring their own Flat Sheet if desired. We had a family gathering at Brendan's place and it was the perfect spot. There was a floor and activities for everyone, the kids loved all the play options in the basement and the adults loved being two floors up and looking out the beautiful windows upstairs.
The chalet was very clean and tidy upon arrival which immediately made us all feel at home. The large windows on the top floor with views of Blue Mountains were lovely and let the sunshine in so nicely. The chalet is massive! We were pleasantly surprised with the number of bedrooms and communal living spaces available. We had a wonderful time gathering as a group on every level of the chalet to spend quality time together. The chalet is was filled with lots of possibilities for activities. Numerous game tables in the basement like foosball and air hockey kept us entertained and the extra large hot tub was the icing on the cake! The large dining room table was great for group dinners and board game nights. Brendan was very responsive and accommodating. We provided clear instructions and was very polite. Thank you for a great weekend!
Host was very responsive and acted on immediate concerns, and promised to deliver some renovations for future guests to enjoy the amenities more.
Brendan was a very responsive and friendly host. The views of the mountains from the dining area are very nice and as described and there is a lot of space for guests. However we did have some issues, notably a lot of garbage (beer cans, trash) in the outdoor areas, strong odors from one room (like wet dog) and a host of maintenance issues (the mattresses are very poor, the front door handle fell off, etc...). It needs some more care in terms of cleaning and preparation for guest comfort.
The place was amazing and quite spacious. The host responded to my queries in a very timely manner. The views from the windows were great. Looking forward to renting the place again!!!
