beautiful building and an even more beautiful apartment. located on a high floor with balcony views all the way to the sea and overlooking Sheikh Zayed Road. Watching the sunset on the water was a truly amazing experience. beautiful bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a large bed. easy to have food delivery here. I highly definitely recommend this property
Amazing location! Right next to the dubai frame, zabeel park, glow garden & walking distance to the metro. The building is new brand and is one of the dubai skyline highlights. The place is more than perfect and same as shown in the photos. The sunset view over the sea from the balcony is priceless and the night view is crazy with all the amazing views around. You get to see one zabeel and the burj khalifa( a bit far but visible) from the balcony. The amenities are amazing. The view from the world’s highest running track is breathtaking. You can see almost all the tourist attractions from there. The night view from above is something out of the world. Easy to communicate. One point contact for any need or queries. Always available and proactive. Huge hypermarket just round the corner. Overall an amazing experience. I wanted to extend the stay but the place was already booked. Will definitely book again.

Wir haben den 8 tägigen Aufenthalt nach einer Nacht abbrechen müssen. Denn leider verschweigt der Host im Inserat, dass sich direkt vor der Unterkunft 2 Großbaustellen, die 24 Stunden im Dauerbetrieb sind, befinden. Gemäß den Bewohnern wird dies auch noch ein Jahr anhalten. Die Baustellen sind nicht neu errichtet worden & dem Host durchaus bekannt. Aufgrund der permanenten Lärmkulisse ist die Nutzung des Balkons nicht möglich, an Schlaf ist nicht zu denken. Andere Hosts in Duabi sind so fair & schreiben das in ihr Inserat! Die Kommunikation war schlecht (wir mussten fragen, wo wir Fitness & Co. im Gebäude finden). Auf der Couch begegnete uns Ungeziefer (kleine Kakerlake/Küchenschabe), mehrere unter der Spüle! Dort sollten wir nun noch 2 Nächte verbringen, bevor wir hätten umziehen können. Stornierung war erst mit Airbnb Support möglich. Keinerlei Entgegenkommen, selbst die Reinigungsgebühr etc. nichts wurde erlassen. Es zog sich über Stunden bis es eine Lösung gab. Schlechter Gastgeber
