Great place in a quiet and safe neighborhood
Couple minor issues upon arriving...Damien was very responsive by providing the correct code to get in as well as replacing the toaster with amazing speed. First thing am! When we I left, I recommended replacing door knobs because the knobs sometimes didn't work properly, locking you in the room. The pots and pans could use a good cleaning. It would have been helpful to have salt available. All very minor issues and would not have impacted our review. The unpleasant response to suggestions we had from Jesse was very unprofessional and argumentative. Very Unfortunate! We would most likely not return to this unit, because of Jesse's response, and casting blame for minor issues which could have been dealt with after we departed. We didn't want people coming into the house during our stay to deal with these minor issues, so I reported these them after leaving. Damien was great to deal with and highly customer oriented as well as the lady who also responded. Chill Jesse!
My husband & I really loved the stay at Damien's House. It was perfect for the 2 of us. It is near a lot nice restaurants & entertainment. We look forward to staying there on our next visit. It is in a quiet neighborhood.
We stayed for a family visit and were very comfortable in this spotless home. The location is great; the house is easy to find and access. The beds are comfy and kitchen great for our family of three. Damien and his team were responsive and helpful.
This was the first AirB&B we have ever stayed at. It provided everything we needed for the 10 days, and the neighbors on each side were very nice. There were plenty of clean towels and washcloths for the restroom, and it was nice to have a washer/dryer available in the lower area. The best recommendation I can give is that I would consider staying there in the future if I needed a place to stay. Thank you!

I was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, where I still pursue a career in real estate investment. I moved across the city a lot and am now renting some of these homes. Besides my Cincinnati apartments, we have several units near downtown Indianapolis, Hilton Head Island SC and in Gatlinburg, TN. This gorgeous place in the Great Smoky Mountains is a favorite vacation spot for my family and I. We absolutely love the hiking, dining, and the shows there. I am looking to provide the best possible experience for visiting guests. There is nothing more reassuring and calming than finding a place that feels like a second home on your travels. To escape everyday life's tempo, I love traveling to new places. I've been all across the US, Mexico, Costa Rica, China, S. E. Asia, and Thailand. However, I am most happy when with my lovely wife and three kids. As you can see, I'm all about family and creating new experiences through travel. I also forgot to mention that I own two dog daycares that give the highest quality care for dogs of all breeds, shapes, and sizes.
