Layout is as follows: Downstairs: Master Bedroom with ensuite bath, large closet and washer/dryer; second bedroom with bathroom across the hall and a private entrance. This room includes a desk. Also, living room, kitchen and hallway desk. Attached garage in back. Beds: All mattresses are semi-firm and very comfortable. Queen bed in downstairs master suite Queen bed in downstairs back bedroom Queen bed in living room (sofa bed) King bed in upstairs master suite Two twin beds in upstairs front bedroom (trundle bed so one bed is tucked under the other. There is also a tv in this room). Total of sleeping spaces: 10 House Features: Each floor has its own laundry room. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need. Many items for baby are supplied. Fenced yard for your dogs (up to two). Three work spaces. Two TV's (living room and room upstairs with trundle bed with two single mattresses, perfect for kids). There are two laundry rooms (one up and one down) and two refrigerators, perfect for large groups or two families. Infrared sauna in garage. Home is located in a dark sky neighborhood. Star gaze from the hot tub or set up the telescope for amazing viewing. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hand soap are provided, along with laundry and dishwashing soap. Kitchen has a wide range of newer dinnerware, cookware and appliances. There is even an espresso maker! Outdoor space: There is a two car garage and an automatic gate that allows for complete backyard privacy. There are two patios with furniture. Side patio has a grill. Back patio has a heater and hot tub (temperature can be turned down for kids. Please supervise at all times and return temperature to original setting). Back access is wheelchair accessible. The back of the home features an automatic gate. Please park car on driveway or in garage. You will appreciate the privacy of the fully enclosed yard! Children: There is a small pack n play, a high chair, a changing table, and kiddie dinnerware for the tiny ones. There is a Nintendo Switch in the living room for older kids, plus board games and cards. There are two bikes in the garage, one full size mountain bike and a small one with training wheels. Tires may need filling. There are bike trails to the left and right of us on the opposite side Richards Avenue. (Note: bike at your own risk.) Environmental Issues: Newer house (built in 2020) is bright and clean. For environmentally sensitive, home is free of mold. Natural cleaning agents used except for occasional use of bleach. If you are sensitive to bleach, please let us know. Owner is environmentally sensitive and know how important it is to accommodate those with similar issues! There is a water filter on the refrigerator in kitchen. Neighborhood: We are on the south side of town near Cerrillos Road shopping. Oshara Village is a lovely, quiet neighborhood, about 15-20 minutes from the Santa Fe Plaza. Watch the gorgeous New Mexico sunrise from the back and the sunset from the front! Neighbors on either side are friendly but require consideration regarding noise and any kind of smoke (only permitted OFF property). HOA requests parking in the back.
