Enjoy a lovely and cozy experience at this compact unit with fully equipped amenities located along Edsa,South Triangle Quezon City near GMA Building. The condo is highly accessible to all other cities in Metro Manila and very near to the key Government Institution. It is also near MRT and other public transports.Hassle free in commuting. Night life,hangouts and good food is just around the corner. My compact space has a unique style with hotel vibe and comfort of your home,away from home. An aesthetic place with thoughtful amenities. My space is studio type condo unit in Victoria Sports Tower. The building is on it's final stage, expect an on-going construction. There are 2 passenger elevator and 1 service elevator working. The unit is located on the 41st floor corner unit. The unit is provided with essentials and things to make your stay comfortable.

Ms. M is very responsive and the place is quiet peaceful and flexible in terms of going to office. However, during my stay only one elevator is working which resulted to long lines at the ground level and it takes time to go up because where on the 41st floor. Overall, my stay is great despite of the elevator concern.

Please note that the building, Victoria Sports Tower is on its final stage of completion and some units are undergoing renovation. Please expect dust, messy hallway, unfinished walls on your way to the room, M Space.
Rest assure that the room,M Space is finished for your comfort, security and safety.
Getting around in the neighborhood is easily accessible. MRT and other public transportation is just around the corner. Easy to get taxi or grab car.
PARKING with a fee: There is an on-premise parking for Php350 overnight booking strictly tied up to your AirBnb check-in check out (3pm onwards till 12 noon the next day), this is a pre-arranged car park booking, atleast 24hrs prior to your confirmed check in to reserve the slot and needs to be paid separately via g-cash. Car details is needed for the authorization letter.
