This studio apartment is close to the hospital which would be very handy for anyone who had a loved one as an in patient - it is a quick walk. The parking for this unit is great - easy to park in. Lovely view of the water. Lexi, the host, is easy to contact, nice and responsive. If you are a television addict, I would recommend taking a television viewing thing (like Google cast or something similar) with you as the television is not hugely smart ;-). Reasonably quiet, which I thought surprising as it is quite close to the hospital. I had no problems with noise at all. Over all - a great place to stay.

Clean and comfortable apartment in a convenient location. Nice view, few cafes nearby and walking paths along the water. Recommended!

-The small studio is in a great, new location and very close to hospital. It’s quite noisy with ambulances and helicopters. -The 3pm check-in seems very stretched compared to most other check-in’s, and will be even later if you’re travelling from far (2hrs+) because you will receive the actual address from the host only one hour before the check-in. Please note, the address on the Airbnb confirmation site is a different one, and inaccurate. The host will not contact you unless you contact them first. -There was no linen on top of the quilt, just bare quilt. Luckily, the pillows had their individual pillow cases. -The total towels received for TWO guests 4day/3night stay were: 2x bath towels, 1x hand towel. The odour of the towels was bad, to say the least, and filled the small studio air. -This studio is overpriced for what it is. You’re paying for the beautiful view. Overall impression and experience: 6/10
