We waren toe aan wat luxe en rust. De luxe hebben we gekregen, de kamer was ietwat smal qua doorgang en opletten: ze zijn bezig aan een uitbreiding/verbouwing in het gebouw.

We had to check out after one night. The window of the room faces a wall, which is another section of the hotel and it is currently under construction. Because of this, unfortunately, there is no view, there is extreme noise during the day and you cannot open the window, even for a minute because of the dust coming in. Beyond that the room was not properly maintained and cleaned. There were black hairs everywhere in the room, mold and stains in the bathroom, the whole place felt dirty. The staff was kind and understanding, when we complained, they offered to pay only for the first night and refund the rest, which happened. My personal opinion is that although you can hear the noises throughout the building, at least the rooms facing the construction site should not be rented out until it's finished, and if much more attention is paid to the maintenance and cleaning of the apartments, then this will be a well-located, very nicely furnished hotel with nice and helpful staff.

Very cozy room, the environment is good. The location is convenient, 5-10mins to the busy area.

Great stay at Harry’s Residence, really comfortable bed, nice seating area, good location. Staff were really kind, helpful and responsive. They easily extended our stay (we were unwell so needed a couple more days there). The only reason we didn’t give 5 stars was because the shower didn’t stay warm for longer than a few minutes. The staff did kindly arrange for someone to look at it but we were then told it’s normal for Vietnam. We understand it may be different here but this wasn’t really long enough to wash and we haven’t had this issue in other places we have stayed.
