As described, perfectly enough space for our party of three. Provided us with extra shampoo, towels, and body wash. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathroom was very small, but was suitable for three guys. Primary complaint was cleanliness; I wouldn't describe it as dirty, but it definitely could've been better maintained, particularly in the kitchen and bathroom. However, given the price and convenience, it's hard to ask for much more besides a bit more cleanliness. Thanks Joe, we appreciate you + your place.

Quiet and easy to get to downtown Tacoma and Ruston. Very convenient to freeways. Plenty of room for 4 ppl. Smaller bathroom but not a problem!! Thank you!

Joe was a wonderful host, very quick to respond to our questions and requests. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom is small and a bit of a tight squeeze but functional. The house is on a very quiet street so we got a good nights rest. My only small complaint is that the apartment was not as clean as I'd expected based on the reviews, but I do clean houses for a living so my standards may be a little higher than others.

Joe was on hand when we arrived and helped me when I was challenged with the lock...I did it wrong!! He has a washer/dryer in the house, that we were able to use. It was quiet and peaceful.

Great place to stay and highly recommend. Joe is very responsive and helpful, too. Would easily book again without hesitation.
