Everything was picturesque and as described. No detail went unnoticed, they've thought of everything, which makes you feel right at home. The spacious balcony and scenic view was a bonus. Looking forward to returning.

The unit is in an older building, but a lovely renovated condo. Exactly like the photos. The kitchen is well equipped and the laundry room is conveniently located right next door. Great Publix grocery store is 1/2 mile away. Many good restaurants nearby. Be aware that there may be noise in the evenings from live music at Frank’s bar across the road. Unfortunately, a septic pipe was broken and there was a noxious sewage odor in the garage that we could also smell out on the balcony, in addition to noise from the construction repair. We understand it was beyond the owner’s control but the smell was there during our entire two week stay. The host was in contact but couldn’t improve the unfortunate situation. We considered leaving but it would have been a hassle to relocate.

We absolutely loved this place. The photos did not even match how spectacular it actually was! The unit is amazing. The attention to detail was wonderful. We were very much delayed arriving and Joseph was great at suggesting nearby restaurants open late. He was extremely helpful. We very much hope to get back here.

The condo is exactly as pictured. It is spotlessly clean and includes everything needed to insure a comfortable stay. The condo is spacious with lots of room. The kitchen is stocked with all cookware, utensils, appliances and incidentals that may be needed. It is conveniently located with a Publix and plaza just down the street and a Dollar General right across the street. We liked the condos relatively close location to Daytona, but it is much quieter with little traffic noise or congestion on this stretch of A1A. Joseph was very responsive before and during our stay. Thank you for an enjoyable two week stay!
