Welcome to an exquisite one-bedroom apartment with open-plan living, perfectly situated to offer you breathtaking ocean views and convenient access to the vibrant Harbour Bay Mall, Simon's Town. You'll be captivated by the seamless blend of modern elegance and coastal charm. The mesmerizing ocean vista takes center stage, with expansive windows framing panoramic views of Simon's Town. For morning coffee or a relaxing evening, the ever-changing hues of False Bay provide a captivating backdrop. This top-floor corner apartment is all about uninterrupted views of False Bay, Simon's Town, and the surrounding nature reserve mountains. With secure basement parking and access by lift, you enter the apartment bypassing the bedroom and through into the open-plan living area that consists of a kitchen, dining space, and lounge area that opens up onto a standing balcony overlooking Mackerel beach. This open-plan living space is 90 m2 and includes an ensuite bedroom with a Queen XL bed.

Dean’s place is peaceful and private, with unobstructed views of the ocean and Simon’s Town. There were thoughtful touches, like plenty of throws to keep us warm during our stay. The neighbouring coastal towns are a short drive away. Would love to come back here!

The apartment is 2,0km from the centre of historical Simon's Town, 5,0km to Boulders Penguin Beach, and just 12 minutes to the entrance of the Cape Point nature reserve which falls within the southern section of Table Mountain National Park. The natural vegetation of the area is fynbos and comprises the smallest but richest of the world's six flora kingdoms.
Cape Point Vineyards is the nearest wine farm just 12 minutes away overlooking Noordhoek and is close to the start of the infamous Chapmans Peak scenic drive to Hout Bay.
South Africa's oldest seaside village Kalk Bay is 7km along the coast to the North with the surfing beach of Muizenberg 15km away. Windsurfing enthusiasts will find Scarborough and Misty Hills 15 minutes away over the mountain behind Harbour Bay.
The coastal area has some of the best beaches in South Africa around the peninsular coast. Soft white sands and a choice of the Atlantic Ocean or warmer False Bay waters.
