During our recent Airbnb stay for €850 over four nights, we encountered an unexpected issue. The host demanded DKK270 in cash on arrival for washing of bed linen, despite it being included in our initial booking. We asked for help from Airbnb who confirmed this was against their policy. The accommodation was clean, quiet, and conveniently located near the airport and Legoland/Lego House. We made every effort to leave the accommodation in the same condition we found it in. We treated the space with respect, as we do with any place we stay. We stripped the beds, took away all the trash and recycling, emptied the dishwasher and did not leave anything behind in the fridge, etc. Upon leaving, we took a short video of the accommodation to document its condition as it is always good to have a record of the condition at check-out, just in case there are any misunderstandings. In summary, undisclosed fees and communication issues marred an otherwise pleasant stay.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Legoland und Lalandia sind in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entspannt zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft 😊

Vi følte os godt tilpas med huset, og den er ikke langt væk fra lalandia, Den er prisen værd at være hos jørgen…. Spørger ham igen når vi kommer igen på et tidspunkt :-)
