Karen has such a sweet and kind soul. Once you meet her you will see it in her eyes. She is so very kind and giving. Thanks to her interventions I also had a very unique opportunity at one of the local museums to actually get to see it while it was officially not open. I stayed 1 night. Check in was easy as I was greeted at the gate. I did have an issue with noise in the middle of the night. I did not expect this as I was told by Karen it would not happen and that things were taken care of. But it did happen and unfortunately I did not have a good sleep there. I would not stay there again due to that very experience. I found the place could be cleaner than it was and with more space to put a few items onto. BUT, and very much worth mentioning: I was served yummy dinner AND breakfast!
