We loved the location, very walkable and easy access to public transportation. seabus is less than a 5 minute walk. The Shipyards area has lots of restaurants, shops, food stores. Yasmin is very reactive and great to deal with.

This place is in a good location for North Vancouver. However, if you wish to do the more touristy things in Vancouver, I recommend staying on the other side of the bridge. The host was responsive and very helpful in getting in. It was a convoluted process, but we got there. I will say the apartment building this is in has several signs about no Airbnbs, so I'm not sure what to make of that. The main issue was the mold in the washing machine. This was a major issue, and just gross. Luckily we were only there for two days, so we didn't have to wash clothes. The rental doesn't have a TV, which is fine, but we were expecting one so I thought I'd let others know. Additionally, half of the sink was broken and we were told not to use it. Again, not a big deal for such a minor stay, but for longer stays it might be an issue. I would recommend this for short stays, but not for long ones. The host definitely should fix the mold and the sink.
