We booked a girls' winter weekend at The Gallery and have just returned, having had a wonderful time there. The place stood out for its immaculate décor - modern and cool whilst also homely and cosy, it was the perfect place to chill and catch up with each other, with the main space especially being fantastic for it's open plan, social set up. It's situated in stunning grounds which I'm sure we'd have spent a lot more time in if it hadn't been February :) As a host, Emily was fantastic and so responsive to my various questions in the lead up to the trip. The only thing that feels worth mentioning for future guests considering the house was that we couldn't go on country walks to and from the property, as it's situated on quite a hairy national speed limit road with no pavements/footpaths, but we just drove out for activities so that was fine. All in all a brilliant stay in a truly beautiful home - thank you!

Positives The accommodation was beautiful &set in stunning grounds. was very well equipped. Negative The property sleeps only 8 with four pull out camp beds that weren’t even made up even though it was clear that we were 12 guests. One shower In The whole property- others have baths. Smell of sewerage in every bathroom this spoilt our stay. Wi-Fi cut out Friday night, no signal on local networks so no phone contact with family for almost the entire stay. Even though Emily responded to messages, nothing was done. complaint for flashing lights & noise from Emily Saturday morning (from neighbours) we had a small disco light that was not powerful and this was to the rear of the Lounge backing on to the rear garden, all windows and doors were kept shut we were inside and the majority of our group were all in bed by 11:30 at the latest. Seems unreasonable as a holiday let. We were told of the front door ring door bell but not the camera recording over the rear garden.Not worth the money.

Beautiful place to stay! The living space and gardens were a particular stand out for us staying as a group to enjoy!

This is a beautiful house and ideal for a family gathering in an idyllic setting. The main kitchen/diner/lounge is perfect for enjoying precious time together
