The house is nestled in a charming cul-de-sac close to Chinon train station and the banks of the Vienne, 5 min walk from the historic center of Chinon & its authentic shops. On the first level (French RDC) , 2 accesses : 1) on the impasse side, entering by the garden and the terrace on which the living room and the dining overlook. The garden and the terrace are closed and overlook the impasse : Barbecue, table for 6 and 2 sun loungers are installed on the terrace for meals in the shade of the Camélia tree or under the lights of the solar garlands at night. 2) Back side, less charming but very practical with free parking facing the kitchen access ideal when you are back from shopping market. you will find a double bedroom (140cmx200cm bed) with its private shower and also toilet. In the kitchen, a staircase descends to level -1 (with a secure door for children) where the play room & the laundry room are. Upstairs, second floor (French 1st floor) under the eaves : You will find family attic bedroom separated by a cozy curtain with a double bed (140cmx200cm) on a side, and a children's sleeping area with 2 single beds (90cmx200cm).
