We stayed at Jason’s property for a weekend. We were on Lake Melissa for a family reunion, so it was very convenient for our extended family of four adults, a toddler and a baby. The bedrooms are small, but enough room for two, and we could fit the pack and play in the closet with the doors open. The toddler used the air mattress in the living room. Everything was clean, uncluttered and easy to find. The large window in the living room overlooks the lake, making it a beautiful, peaceful scene. We didn’t have a chance to use the lake, as we were at a family cabin during the day, but everything looked easy to access. Jason was welcoming and very accommodating during our stay. We make this trip annually and will definitely stay here again!

Jason and his wife have made an excellent place to stay on Lake Melissa. They made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed for a great vacation. highly recommend booking with them and we will be looking at coming back here next summer

it was a nice place. it had all the things you needed to have a good day on the lake. we really enjoyed ourselves. Jason was responsive, polite, and professional. we took out the pontoon on Saturday and really made our trip having the boat right out front on the dock. nice plush grass to play yard games in and a very nice fire pit area. it's a great place to vacation!

We had an amazing stay! I would definitely stay again. I would highly recommend this beautiful place. The area was quiet and peaceful. It was just outside of Detroit Lakes, so we were able to drive into town in about 10 minutes. It was so easy to check in, the house was spotless when we arrived. Jason was extremely responsive and available for whatever we needed. There was plenty of water equipment we got to use. The waterfront area was awesome! We were able to relax on the lily pad and enjoy the beautiful weather.

My friends and I rented the house over WE Fest, it was very close to the concert and was in a great location. Jason was very helpful with any questions we had. We had an amazing time and would definitely book again!
