Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS In the high season, from April till the end of November, we set a minimum stay of 3 nights. For holiday rentals, there is a 30% surcharge on the whole booking. Fair surcharge: 50% on the whole booking. We reserve the right to set exceptional conditions regarding prices, minimum duration and occupancy for the top dates such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, biggest fairs etc. These can differ from the standard conditions and will be communicated on request.
