This very nice 3 room apartment is located in the district of Liebenau. The building was newly constructed in 2018 and the apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator). The distribution of the 65m² is ideal. There are 2 separate bedrooms. One of them with two single beds and the other with a double bed. In addition, a living room with the possibility of a pull-out sofa bed. A spacious bathroom and a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully furnished. The terrace has a great view of the park. For longer stays there is a washing machine in the storage room, an ironing board with an iron and a drying rack. The apartment is very stylish and furnished with great attention to detail.

公寓环境非常整洁干净，地理位置也很好。走路几分钟可以到巴士站。到市区只需要十几分钟。而且房子也很大很漂亮，暖气很足，我们在餐厅做了几顿饭。还有房东给我们送的白葡萄酒跟啤酒，暖心☺️谢谢monika

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft und eine sehr freundliche Inhaberin. Wohnung ist einwandfrei gepflegt und sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern.

Monika ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin und bei Fragen super schnell erreichbar ☺️ Wir waren zwei Pärchen und hatten ausreichend Platz. Die Lage der Wohnung ist aufgrund der umliegenden Hochhäuser nicht besonders schön, dennoch mit dem Auto nur etwa 10 Min vom Zentrum Graz entfernt. Preis-Leistung ist sehr gut.
