The apartment is amazing with everything you need provided and an excellent location with stunning views. We did have an issue with the two toilets in the apartment both not flushing after the first day. I notified the hosts but was told they would not be able to get it fixed until our checkout. This was a major inconvenience as we had to use the gym and pool bathrooms during operations hours and hold it overnight. They did agree to compensate us but we would have much rather preferred them to have the issue dealt with for the remainder of our stay. Overall it has great facilities with the beach at your door and everything available for a memorable stay.
Hard to find parking garage. Not easy to pick up keys as it’s far from the building. Issue with toilet not flushing still not fixed from the review made 2 months ago. Parking spot taken by someone else. Called host and no resolution was made other than leave a note on the violating car. Hotel side of resort was more accommodating and helpful with the parking issue or we would have been towed. No help or response from host about toilet which was gross for our stay. Views are incredible but not worth the hassle for the $$ paid. DO NOT stay here simply because if there’s an issue, don’t expect anything from the host. MadeComfy property management is a joke of business. Would not stay here again and much better value and service elsewhere
