Nôtre séjour était très bien, l’appartement très propre, moderne et équipé dans une jolie petite résidence calme. La route pour le centre ville est en montée mais pas très loin près de 15 min. Il y a petite supérette près du logement ainsi qu’une pharmacie, un café…etc

The stay was good, there is a very delicious restaurant around the corner and Emmanouil seems very friendly. Unfortunately, the cleaning of the apartment was not finished when we arrived, but Emmanouil offered it to be done the next day.

Great apartment, everything is very new. The kitchen worked well as did the airconditioning and washing machine. Unfortunately during cleaning they seem to have forgotten the living room, as I found a lot of hair, dust, a forgotten kitchen cloth and some water stains on the kitchen counter too. But the bedroom and bathroom seemed perfectly clean. The clean sheets and towels were nice. Communication with Emmanouil was very easy, clear and fast. It is situated very close to the centre of the city. The walk back from the city does mean going up two hills. But the apartment is worth it. We had a great stay.

Emmanouil was friendly, reactive and always here to help. The place was nice, clean and not too far the center of Heraklion by foot. The balcony was large and great to use. Both check-in and checkout were easy. Thanks for welcoming us ! :)
