Located in the heart of the Miraflores neighborhood, this beautiful luxury 2BR apartment features a premium queen-size bed, a full-size bed, and a sofa bed with premium 100% Pima-cotton bedding. It's very well located, within walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, Kennedy Park, and the Larcomar shopping center. This apartment is in front of Maido and near Rafael restaurant. Upscale and modern designed apartment with everything a lux traveler needs in Lima. Upscale and modern designed apartment with everything a lux traveler needs. New building with everything, comfy beds, fast fiber-optic wi-fi. And even a sauna and Coworking space. The jacuzzi & sauna have a fee per use. Gym and co-working space is free to use.

We really enjoyed our two week stay here. We had everything we needed, wifi worked great from the living room to work remote from, free coworking space was a nice bonus, super walkable to grocery stores (Wong Balta would be the best nearby), great location, very nice doormen and Sergio was a great host who gave great recommendations. Overall, a very good stay if you can live without AC. Fans were sufficient for us but we got rather lucky with milder weather.

Great apartment! Everything was perfect. The only downside is that it does not have air conditioning. But everything else is perfect. The location is amazing. Really enjoyed.

Highly recommend staying here! Amazing location, walkable to the beach, to Larcomar, to JFK park, with fantastic nearby restaurants. And the quietest place we stayed in all of Peru. Check out the restaurant Rafael, half a block away. Some of the top restaurant in the world are in this area! Thank you Sergio
