I’ll start with this house has amazing potential! It is very spacious and there’s room for everyone. However, it wasn’t cleaned properly. There was crumbs on counters, huge streaks on appliances, the rugs were filthy and the slider door hasn’t been wiped down in months. The pool Is advertised as heated but you physically have to flip the breaker in the garage to get it to heat and the thermostat is broken so it just doesn’t stop heating. It was probably around 115 degrees when we noticed that it was still heating. It was too hot to swim in for a while until it was turned off and cooled. The other main downside was no washer and dryer or TV in the living room. This last thing has nothing to do with the Airbnb owner but the neighbor’s dog to the left is outside 24/7 and barks constantly. The owner responses quickly and is kind. Overall I think if they got a new cleaner and the pool fixed, it would be an amazing place to stay.

Host was friendly and always quick to respond. They let us check in early and extend our stay! House overall was cozy. Counters didn't feel exactly clean and dishes, silverware, and toilets could've been cleaned more thoroughly as well. But, the home smelled nice, clean linens, decent beds. Unfortunately, no washer and dryer. Outerdoor space was beautiful, nice heated pool, lounge chairs, plenty of seating with tables, nice propane grille as well. Kitchen came with spices. Had a friend over and grilled some burgers. Really enjoyed the space. Showers were nice, A/C worked great, got to park my car in the garage. Overall, me and my girlfriend had a great trip, nice area, tons to do. This Airbnb is a fantastic deal, would absolutely rent this again!
