Welcome to your centrally-located oasis in historic East Nashville! Meticulously-maintained 1910 Victorian home, just 3 miles from downtown. Nestled in Eastwood, our 1-story, 3-bed/2-bath offers ample space to unwind. With the best of East Nashville @ your fingertips, walk to dining, shopping, entertainment & cultural hotspots. Enjoy the inviting wraparound porch w/swing for morning coffee & experience the historic charm of East Nashville living. Ideal retreat for comfort & location. Our home features 3 bedrooms (4 beds) and 2 bathrooms, a large dining room with plenty of seating (8), a kitchen with plenty of room to hang while prepping meals, is fully fenced in both front and backyards, in a quiet neighborhood just steps away from coffee, food, drinks and shopping and an easy 10 minute ride to downtown. As of November 2023 we have upgraded the mattress in the primary bedroom, the bed in the bicycle room and have upgraded the Wi-Fi to AT&T Fiber throughout the entire house.

Great place to stay in East Nashville. Lots of space to relax and unwind. Convenient to downtown. There was 2 couples. We had our own bedrooms and bathrooms.

We booked this house very last minute and are so happy it was available. One of my favorite Airbnb’s ever! The house is adorable outside and gorgeous inside, in a great location, and hosts are very helpful.

Our home is in the highly desirable Eastwood neighborhood. We walk everywhere! No car needed. Easy 7-10 minute Uber to downtown!
Walk to Portland Brew for your morning coffee only 1/5 mile away!
Two grocery stores within .6 miles (Publix & Kroger)
Restaurants, bars and shopping all walking distance.

Plenty of street parking if you drive into Nashville. Please park on the sidewalk facing the direction of traffic to avoid a parking ticket. No time limit for street parking.
Our neighborhood is super walkable! We don’t have a car here and Ubers are easy to arrange.
