We all had a wonderful time. The amenities were so nice. We only had one gate card and it would have been nice to have 2 cards which I thought it started but we managed. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

We enjoyed our visit. Very clean and the windows were great for views to the beach. Short walk to the beach! We had small challenge with door lock and Vacasa responded quickly and resolved the problem. Great stay!

Only negatives were there were no large outside garbage cans and the sheets didn’t fit the mattresses. Everything else was perfect.

House was generally clean, we noticed dust accumulation in certain areas, an overdue AC filter, and a fridge filter that needed replacing. The absence of beach towels and non-functional kitchen outlets were unexpected inconveniences. The initial lack of running water in the house, took a significant amount of time to resolve. Non working kitchen outlets resulted in our family having to go out for dinner and breakfast instead of eating in, which was a cost we were not prepared for. Additionally, the intrusion of maintenance into the house without prior consent/communication along with a non working garage door, left us feeling uneasy about our privacy and overall comfort during our stay. Despite these challenges, the location near the beach was convenient. However, for future improvements, we recommend better maintenance coordination, ensuring essential amenities are in working order, and respecting guests' privacy by seeking consent before entering the property.
