The home was a perfect size for seven of us who stayed. There was parking in the street, one car fit in the garbage and two cars in the gated area. There is a washer and dryer in case you need a last minute wash. The house looks very similar to the pictures. House was clean. Plenty of privacy. The rooms were good size minus the bedroom with twin beds. It was very small but we made it work. In addition, the ac was not reaching the second floor which made some feel uncomfortable with the heat. The ac in the first floor was much better. Overall, the home served its purpose and was a comfortable stay.

Michael’s property was a great place for our short-term stay, just as shown in the pictures and a great value for the property... Very well kept & clean, sleek and relaxing vibe. Michael & his team were very helpful & always responsive! I would highly recommend to other guests. We will be staying again in the future! Thanks for everything Michael, cheers!

My coworkers and I stayed for a work trip. it was comfortable, clean, and a great value for a group. The house is lovely, and I appreciated the great communication and clear instructions from the host. Couldn't have been easier or more convenient.

Michael’s place is huge! So many bedrooms and beds. It looks just like the picture..with the exception of the rug which isn’t there. Some things could be updated such as cooking utensils, pots and pans but it wasn’t a big deal and I can always work with what I’m given. Plenty of room to spread out in case you don’t want to socialize after a long day of training. It’s a very nice place in a very quiet neighborhood. Close to I5, I80, Samuel Merritt University, and many restaurants and grocery stores. We would definitely stay there again.
