Lovely apartment in a perfect location. Kate was a great host and provided friendly, useful and helpful communication throughout our stay. Everything you could want (plus a few special extras) is provided. Highly recommended!

Kate and Ferdi are truly fantastic hosts. The Apartment was just as advertised, right on the main square in a friendly and quite little town. The Apartment itself is very large, nicely decorated with all top appliances. Good water pressure and hot water. Even a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. They also have a canal boat that they will take you for an excursion on for a modest charge. A word about the boat, this is not a pontoon, this thing is about 35 feet long and nicely appointed. I highly recommend you do this during your stay. It is not something that you often have the opportunity to experience. Seeing some of Europe from the canals they way that the towns were designed to be seen in the 17th Century.

Nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour dans l'appartement de Kate. Il est très propre, spacieux, décoré avec beaucoup de soin, très calme et idéalement situé pour découvrir le Haut Languedoc, le Canal du Midi, ou les plages de la côte méditerranéenne. Kate et son mari, bien que n'étant pas sur place, sont très attentifs au bien-être de leurs hôtes et tout est parfaitement organisé. Kate nous avait transmis les coordonnées d'une amie habitant Saint Chinian que nous pouvions contacter en cas de problème.L'appartement dispose de tous les produits de base pour passer un agréable séjour, ce qui était très agréable pour nous qui n'y séjournions que 3 jours. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cette location et remercions chaleureusement Kate pour son accueil et le petit cadeau qui nous attendait à l'arrivée !

Kate's home is cozy and very well appointed with everything you need for your stay. I found the information book to be extremely helpful with everything from common French phases to how to run the dishwasher! The home itself is decorated with practical smart touches and a efficient use of space. Parking is just out front of the apartment. Communicatiin with Kate was always very easy as she responds very quickly with answers to your questions. We were welcomed with a lovely bottle of local wine which was perfect after our long journey to St Chinian. The apartment is centrally located with everything within walking distance. It was wonderful to have the weekky market within steps of the front door too. I would highly recommend this home for the excellent location and excellent communication with the host.

A delightful well presented U shaped apartment with bathroom and bed on one side and comfortable lounge, dining area and well equip kitchen on the other side. Situated in the heart of Saint Chinian. Easy access to village life. Would recommend to everyone and would like to return as the location is excellent and we ran out of time to explore. Thanks beautiful apartment.
