I checked in on a Sunday evening, I washed my bed before using, as there was a used coffee pod in the pot, some spots on the counter and the first fork I grabbed was dirty. It was cute and well put together, fairly clean but I found a sticky ring on the nightstand, spots on the floor, bath mat was dirty. The people upstairs were horrendous the first night and so noisy. According to host there is a strict noise policy, but when I messaged her about it, she said she would message them, nothing was solved, I even threatened to check out and she said she would talk to them. The second night I slept with ear plugs, and they set off the fire alarm and kept me up still, third night they set off the alarm from 3am-530 am. I told her my stay was terrible and she said “sorry you didn’t have a good stay” with no offer of resolution. I wanted so bad to give 5 stars- but I just cannot. Sorry. I would never stay here again!

we had a wonderful experience. everything was on point and Chanelle was always communicating with us. I will use this space whenever I come to Edmonton.
