The apartment was a good size, well equipped and comfy. Cynthia was a very responsive host - flexible on leaving bags before/after check in/out times to accommodate our travel arrangements. The location was ideal for access to NYC (max 20min walk to PATH station), and also to local shops and restaurants. We would happily stay here again!

We enjoyed staying at Cynthia’s place in Hoboken. We stay in Hoboken because our daughter lives there but would recommend to anyone visiting the NYC area as a great place to stay…a beautiful little city with lots of great coffee shops and restaurants and such convenient access to NYC on the PATH, ferry, or bus. This apartment is a perfect place to base your NYC stay and Cynthia is a wonderful host; very accommodating and personal.

Cynthia was a wonderful host! Super friendly and kind. It rained the entire first day and she had umbrellas for us and even offered to dry our clothes in her dryer! Easy check in and effortless check out. The apartment was comfortable and well decorated. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of blankets. Just a heads up-it’s a 3rd floor walk up with narrow stairs. I love the neighborhood—quiet, yet very close to all the shops, bars, and public transportation. I would definitely stay here again!
