This newly renovated apartment is in a quiet residential location, an 8-minute walk to harbour and a 10 minute walk to the beaches. Consists of a living room with dining room and fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, an additional toilet, and a balcony with a view of the sea and the Pakleni Islands. Each area is equipped with separate LCD TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. In one of the bedrooms there is a small work space with a high speed internet connection. Our apartment is pleasant and positive, with lots of natural light. It is located in the center of the town, on a hill, as most of the town of Hvar. So if you use the nearest way (8 min walk from the port) there are quite a few stairs to reach it. But it is possible to avoid more than half of them if you use the alternative/surrounding way (15 min walk from the port). The stairs which can not be avoided are not so heavy. The apartment offers peace and a beautiful view of the sea and the Pakleni Islands. There are several excellent restaurants in the neighborhood, which can be reached on foot in 2 to 5 minutes. The balcony is narrow and long. 2 people can sit comfortably at the balcony table. Since 4 folding balcony chairs are available, the remaining 2 people can use the wooden coffe table from the inside. In each bedroom there is a wardrobe with a large open space where guests can store their bags.
