Tony was very responsive to our several issues. The staff was excellent. The pool is nice. We shortened our stay there because it is a very tired apartment that needs sprucing up. The furnishings were worn and dated. Seating was uncomfortable inside and out. In it's current condition we couldn't recommend a long term stay.

I enjoyed my stay, best value in the area. Very safe place for solo traveler. Only 4 minutes from the beach on a private road. The residence is super nice, friendly neighbors and great security people. Yhe pool is nice and clean. The only think i didn't like was the noise from the street. As there is some construction further in the area, at 8 am and 5 pm the road is a bit crazy with all the motobikes. The rest of the day and night is quiet but if you are very sensible to the noise maybe look for another option. However, i dont think there is a place in Las Terrenas without motobikes noise to be honest. Wifi is unstable sometimes and not good enough to work remotely but if you are on vacations it s maybe not a problem. Tony was a great host and answered quickly. The cleaning could be better but i did a last minute booking so i can understand. In general, for the price, i don't think i could find better and will come back ;)

We had to rent a place for our “niñera” last minute due to some unexpected changes in plan. Worked perfect, nice price point for our need and great location. Good communication

What a beautiful space to have stayed at during my first visit to this beautiful country. The views I woke up to were stunning. The proximity to the pool and access to the beach allows for the ultimate relaxation. When I was experiencing tech issues Tony was incredibly responsive and helpful at all times and hours I’d reach out about the matter.
