Ricky’s place is beautiful, spacious and clean. The area is strategically located near the beach and the town, which makes it easy to find food and groceries. The house is so spacious and well maintained. We will consider staying here again when we come back to Kuantan.

I like: 1) This place is suitable for big family as the place is quite spacious. It’s a semi-d btw. 2) Each room is attached with bathroom and there’s an additional guest bathroom too. 3) Location wise is quite near to TC and the park. 4) Water pressure is strong enough, no need to worry about the water pressure. 6) Aircond in every room works well and it is cold enough. 5) In and out of the place is very convenient and feel safe with the security guards. It’s a guarded and gated place. 6) Pillows and bed quality is well maintained. Need improvement: 1) The floor is kinda sticky at certain area, especially in living room, kitchen and some of the bedroom. 2) The floor mat should be replaced with a clean mat. 3) This place needs a bit more maintenance on its entertainment stuffs. 4) The cutleries are started rusting. FYI: The pool table, ping pong set are mini size, not standard size. Not all board game displayed are available. Overall, it’s a good place if you are not fussy. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
