This old house has benefitted from significant and noticeable improvements - from the kitchen to the flooring to the bathrooms, closets, lighting and I am probably missing some - all to make you feel welcome and very comfortable. It's an easy walk to the downtown of Stratford and it's shops, restaurants, theatres, you name it. The location is also a short drive to a grocery store. The house was exceptionally clean, tidy and organized; well appointed and the kitchen has everything. The beds and the couch are good and firm, and made for good sleeping. Appliances worked great and the Keurig made nice Starbucks coffees each day. We were in the area to attend a wedding in St. Mary's only about 15 minutes away. Marilyn was a perfect host - quick to respond and attentive to all details. Would love to stay again on a trip when we have theatre tickets!!

We loved our stay! Marilyn was so helpful and accommodating. Would recommend for small groups or families. So easy to walk into town and to the theatres. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful home with all the amenities. Fully loaded kitchen with anything you would need or want. Plenty of linens, towels and bathroom/shower supplies. Beautifully decorated for Christmas, which was extra nice when we arrived on Christmas Day. Very conveniently located

Perfect Airbnb. Had everything we needed, as if we were in our own home. Clear and concise communication throughout booking, stay, and checkout. Lovely Christmas decorations was a true bonus that we really appreciated and elevated our stay. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this rental! Everything and more! Walkable to downtown shops and restaurants. Marilyn was a fantastic host! A last min request for a late check out due to hockey tourn final and she was great to work with! A heads up that the one bedroom is a double bed not a queen! But so comfortable and terrific bedding!
