Lil Pearl is located on the northern finger of the north end of Carolina Beach.
Public kayak launch with beach frontage and picnic tables and easy walk with kayak or paddle board on cart or plenty of parking near launch. Very Quiet Street, safe for children to ride bikes and take your dogs for a nice walk. You are also a short walk from the high tide lounge that serves food and beverages on the pier of the north end!

Lose yourself in all the area has to offer, including paddle boating on the nearby lake, exploring historic Fort Fisher or the local aquarium, or going to Wilmington and seeing all that the Port City has available. Sleep in or get up early to watch the beautiful sunrises accompanied by dolphins and shrimp boats. Every week in the summer, you have Fireworks at the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. There's activity on The Island year-round!
Getting around Pleasure Island is a breeze due to the options of renting bicycles, golf carts, boats etc. from our local companies. Short distance to the boardwalk where you can shop or grab a bite to eat. Plenty of public or private lot parking options.
