Relax with the whole family at this peaceful suite. You'll have the entire upstairs to yourselves, with one bedroom with a queen sized bed, a lounge room with a full sized sleeper sofa, and one full bath. No cable, but Roku on the TV. A kitchenette for you to enjoy coffee and tea in the morning, and a furnished front porch to watch the world go by. The backyard also has dining furniture available, but this is a shared space so we might just be hanging out there with you if the weather is nice! Our home is a cape cod and guests have full access to the 2nd floor. At the top of the stairs is a short hallway that leads to the bedroom, lounge/bedroom, and bathroom. Each room has a door and lock, but the hallway is open to the stairs and the stairs leave to the front door and our main room on the 1st floor. We have placed a room divider at the bottom of the stairs and a curtain at the top to provide a semi-private space and to prevent any pets from interacting.

We loved Kate’s place! My husband, daughter, and I were in Richmond visiting family and this spot was perfect for us. Great location; super cozy with a lot of personal touches like the coffee and tea bar. Kate and her husband were very thorough in their communication. Highly recommend!!

What a cozy place to stay! Me and my dogs enjoyed our stay and had the pleasure of meeting Kate and her husband (super kind and courteous). I felt so comfortable and at home as I had the upstairs to myself and had all the amenities needed for a short weekend stay. I appreciated the recommendations and warmly responses received. I would definitely recommend!

Had a great stay at Kate’s place after a few initial hitches. Didn’t have a code to get in initially, but was resolved fairly quickly. Neighborhood is a bit rundown and exterior needs sprucing-up. But inside space was neat and clean and very comfortable. I would say worth the cost as a good value once you get past the location and exterior needs. Great place to sleep and hang your hat.

Our neighborhood is bright and spacious with many all brick Cap Cod homes, including our own. What differentiates our house is two boxwood bushes and a newly planted apple tree out front. The driveway is on the left side of the house.

出行信息

Parking is off the street but in the front lawn with the house on your left and the boxwood bushes on the right. Please pull the vehicle fully on the grass as to not block the driveway. If there will be two guest vehicles, or if any of the vehicles are extra long, then parking at an angle is recommended.
