Our stay at the Vacasa Topsail Beach location could not have been more memorable. The house is enormous and comfortably hosted our party of 18 for a week. The layout of the house provides large communal areas to bond with family while at the same time offering a sense of privacy to escape to based on the spacing and arrangement of each bedroom. The fully stocked kitchen equipped with an oversized fridge/pantry made it possible to save money by stocking up on groceries and cooking all meals for our large group. The Spacious decking with a hot tub and immediate beach access provided an exceptional view of the North Atlantic Ocean. Every morning around high tide we were able to observe dolphins popping in and out of the water. We were unaware the garage contained a pool table but this was definitely an added plus and provided entertainment in the evenings. All in all we would definitely recommend this location.

The house is amazing. Great location and recently updated. Kitchen is modern and everything works great. House is in a great location on the stretch of the beach it occupies. Probably the most comfortable couches and high quality furniture we have experienced. However we had an issue with three bedrooms and several floors and the hot tub not useable or cleaned upon our arrival. After reaching out to the rental company to alert them of the issue they were able to resend the cleaning company the following day. We learned the previous renters threw a huge party and there was just so much to fix, troubleshoot the cleaning company just missed some things when they were getting ready for our arrival. We asked for consideration from the rental company and we were only offered a one hundred and fifty dollar refund. For us, that doesn't seem sufficient for a week long rental and over $3,000 dollars spent when essentially the first night 1/3 of the house wasn't useable.

OMG, this place was amazing. The pics doesn't do it justice. Much more spacious than what it looks like in the pictures. This place has EVERYTHING you need from kitchens utensils, surround sound speakers in the house and on the deck. The deck itself is amazing along with the hot tub. The beach scenery is spectacular. We had 15 people and still had two vacant rooms. If you are looking for a place where you just want to relax and enjoy the beach and watch the sunrise, this is that place. Most of us stayed at the house for 4 consecutive days without leaving until it was time to go back home. This will definitely be a consistent place annually for us. Thanks for everything!
