Great location in the heart of downtown Valdosta right across from the courthouse square. Beautiful, clean, spacious, modern room with a fabulous soaking tub. In walking distance to some great restaurants and right above a wonderful coffee house. Will definitely stay again!

The host was very helpful and responsive. I needed help finding the spot to check in and he stayed on the phone with me until I found it and also when running late he was flexible and helpful at check out time too. Honestly though, the price point was a bit high for the amenities offered and the overall space. While the linens and space were spotless and as described, I feel like the parking situation, lack of staff to help or luggage carts really should’ve been on site in my opinion seeing as how the space was the most expensive listing in the area for a single room. However, the service of the host and the bathtub and bathroom area did make it where it wasn’t a bad place and still was decent value. I might stay there again in the future. It’s a perfect space for a really special event like an anniversary or something romantic.

This place made our whole experience in Downtown Valdosta. Parking was so convenient (we got to park right outside of our room and could see our car from our window). Building access and room access were so easy and convenient. The king mattress was so incredibly comfortable! (Plus the sound machine provided extra relaxation for a good night’s sleep.) Things like the crisp bed linens and new bathroom appliances made our whole stay feel so luxurious. The host even included sets of extra toiletries for us (everything from shaving kits, extra toothbrushes, make up remover, etc.). The room was well insulated despite the fact that it’s an old building, and the high ceilings had new ceiling fans to help keep the space cool and well circulated. We even had a $10 voucher to a downtown shop waiting for us on the coffee table! One of the best AirBnBs we’ve ever stayed in, no doubt. Highly recommend if you’re attending a wedding that’s hosted on the 2nd floor in the ballroom!

Daniel’s place was clean and pictures matched every description. He responded on time and we definitely enjoyed they stay. I will definitely be booking with him again.

Beautiful and unique rooms! Loved being downtown and walkable to restaurants and shops. Daniel was so friendly and easy details. Would definitely stay here again!
