Our stay at the property was overall very good. Advantages: - Brand new home - Clean showers and kitchen - Good location - Well stocked kitchen - Netflix etc - Great communication Could be better: - Bedding and towel quality/cleanliness not great - Mattresses aren’t good and missing mattress protectors - Couldn’t find an iron I enjoyed the stay and if the points are addressed I am sure it can be 5/5!

Great place! The place is quite new and well kept. The sheets and towels were all fresh, and the place was well equipped. The co-host was extremely helpful, always checking up on us through messages to see if we had any problems, and always replying promptly. There’s a lot of restaurants nearby and it’s only about 6 minutes driving to Rugby town centre, 4 minutes driving to Sainsbury.

5 star all around! It is a truly impressive and brand new property .Kitchen and living area is an absolutely stunning feature, large garden, and convenient parking for 3 cars. The attention to detail throughout the property was remarkable. Arrangement was clearly done with great care and thoughtfulness. Beds are super extra comfortable 🙂 We highly recommend this accommodation and would love to return in the future!
