One room apartment 35m2; stylish, bright, newly equipped; quiet environment, private bathroom and kitchen; lot of space for clothes and wardrobe; very comfortable king size bed 200x180cm; SPLIT system heating/cooling unit; radiators heating connected to the district heating (15th October to 15th April or longer dependant of the wether conditions).

All good, my accommodation was nice, and there were no problems. Do recommend.
Andrej is an excellent host and very responsive. The apartment was clean and tidy. We could not find a toaster and Andrej arranged one immediately, highlighting very good response and customer care. Bathroom had some water issue, but he intends to get it fixed. Location worked very well for us, with bus stops just outside the building and very good connectivity to everywhere. Also a supermarket within 2-3 mins walk and lots of eateries nearby. Will certainly recommend and will stay here if I am in Belgrade again.

Nearby: Sport halls (Stark Arena and Ranko Žeravica), medical clinics (Bel Medic, Euro Medic, Medigroup and others), hospitals (Majka i dete, Zemun and Bežanijska kosa), pharmacies 24/7, shopping malls (Ušće, Delta City, Merkator, West 65), restaurants, bars, night clubs. 24/7 Supermarket accros the street.
