Beautifully laid out with a great feeling and simple decor. Lots of space, amenities, and comfortable places to sit to relax or work. The kitchen has everything you'll need to cook comfortably along with a few nice and simple treats to greet you when you arrive. On the front porch you can enjoy some of the lovely sunsets right near Midtown; overall it feels pretty safe and relatively peaceful. We absolutely loved being hosted by Kirk who goes above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Also worthwhile taking the bikes for a ride and exploring the neighborhood, especially making a run through the park trails!

Kirk’s place is really more than I can say. He was super responsive when I asked about safety while traveling alone. I know if I’m ever in Memphis again I will work hard to stay at Kirk’s!

We were in town for my daughter's graduation from the sherriffs academy. The place was ok. My problem was the place was a lot older than I thought. The doors didn't close properly, we couldn't get wifi to work, the lighting was a little dim in the bedroom . Also, at about 6am you could hear the tenants upstairs moving around and I'm assuming getting ready for work, which was a bit disturbing. Overall it was an ok stay.
