位置是有点远，但靠近海边！房子非常干净，很舒服、跟发布的照片一样.唯一不好的是要付停车费根据住宿天数. 房东容易联络.

The outer building and the elevator looked worn out, so initially we had some doubts, upon arrival. Getting in was quite easy. Inside the unit was great. Clean, more than enough space (for three persons), all the appliances worked fine (we did ran out of gas, though), and utilities as well as amenities were all sufficient. The hosts are friendly with good response. Overall, the place is great, the surroundings are not bad (especially for batu ferringhi) with hard rock cafe/hotel just across the street and few other shops nearby. Only complain is regarding only 1 (one) elevator access provided (you will not be able to use the elevator without it). Also the shower head and bidet needs changing. Thanks for having us as guests. We will definitely recommend this to friends and will not hesitate to come back here.
