There is a 40 inch Smart TV for your use to enjoy whatever platforms you have memberships with. It has a newly renovated private bathroom and is also equipped with a large walk-in closet with plenty of cabinet space for your belongings. There is also a desk and chair for working remote on your laptop. SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING CLEANING FEE: ---->>>The cleaning fee includes cleaning and linens change every 2 weeks. You will need to request a time for this to be taken care of as we won't go into your room without your permission. <<<----- Feel free to do your laundry after quiet hours (10PM-8AM) with house provided detergents. You will also enjoy your own designated refrigerator, freezer, and cabinet space. Lastly, you and the other guests of the home will have full access to the fully equipped Kitchen, Dining Area, Living Area, Laundry, and Sun Room (Patio).
