Good place to stay, easy access to the rest of the city. Neighborhood looks sketch but it’s nice and quiet. I really liked having the apartments gated, made me feel a bit more secure. Highly recommend.

We arrived at night. Easy to get to. Parking spot close to apartment. Sketchy neighborhood. Loud and bright light from parking lot in bedroom. Bathroom dingy and old. The apartment was decorated cute but dirty. Found 2 dead cockroaches and 1 living as I came out of shower. Shower head pressure was great and did not run out of hot water. Host said bottled water was available but we did not see any. The AC was on 50 and it was hot. Malcolm responded fast and even refunded me some of the money. We stayed one night. I will not be staying there again. Came to Houston for medical care and the place was not conducive to what I needed.
