This was a great experience! You cannot beat the location (less than a 6-minute walk to Provenza with amazing restaurants, shops, spas, and everything you could need). The hosts were terrific, and they set up a group chat via message to allow accessible communication. They were very responsive to my needs (allowing me to check out late and even offering to arrange transport, etc.). The unit is fantastic, especially the AC in the living room, balcony, and office for those working on the road. Beautiful finishes, super clean, and plenty of extra linen and towels. You will hear some traffic as the unit faces the road (but you will deal with that almost everywhere in Medellin). I will be returning to stay here on my next trip for sure. Thanks, again!

Amazing location for first time visitors to Medellin and/or guests that want to be walking distance from popular restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Felt extremely safe and secure. Thank you to Juan and Sebas for being super responsive and attentive!

Juan's apartment is located in the best area of Medellin. It has a great heated pool and it is close to everything: restaurants, shops, parks, etc. The kitchen offered everything I nedeed to cook delicious meals. The fridge is big and work well. Fantastic washer and dryer. The office space is super confortable. I worked up to 10 hrs a day at the desk and the chair was comfortable. The matress and the bed are very confortable. Ideal apartment for longer stays and road worriors / remote workers. I highly recomend Juan's apartment.

Awesome! As soon as we got there, the host went all out to make sure we had the best time ever. Accommodating and kind to provide fans, installed an AC and helped with queries. Juan & fam were quick to help us out with anything we needed. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything for a comfy and fun stay. We felt totally taken care of during our whole stay. The place we stayed in was gave off a comfy and welcoming vibe. Now, even though everything was awesome, I gotta admit, the only downside was the price, which felt a bit high. But, the loc was so great that it made up for it, walking distance to everything! Feeling safe was our main concern but with the apt loc and security/sec guards, we felt totally safe & comfortable during our stay. Juan & fam were really looking out for us & went all out to make our exp as amazing as possible.
