The directions and instructions to the house were clear. The front door does not close therefore unsafe, anyone can walk in. The minute you walk in, you are met with a very strong unpleasant smell. This smell wafts into your room as well, though the room was quite clean. There were other guests who were quite noisy. The door to the room bangs throughout the night as if someone is knocking on the door. I don’t understand what was causing this. No toilet brush, bathroom mat or cleaning materials hence the bathroom stays wet most of the time and the room unclean. When I enquired about cleaning I was informed it was not part of my payment and yet I was charged a cleaning fee. The heater was not working. No automatic replenishment of tissue or garbage bags. You have to ask for the same to be provided. I am still waiting for my refund from 11th November as I paid for the place twice. As the 1st payment was voided and I was still within the given period to upload identification documents.

Le airbnb ne correspondait pas à l’annonce. Nous avons finalement trouvées la cuisine qui en réalité était partagée mais ce n’était pas précisé dans l’annonce. L’hygiène y était vraiment déplorable, il manquait des éléments indispensables présents dans l’annonce comme des casseroles, de l’huile, … Certaines douches prisent à l’eau froide pour un airbnb à ce prix c’est inacceptable. Les odeurs du logement étaient nauséabondes et persistantes, la propreté plus que limite, les draps tachés et tous les voisins ont connaissance du code pour accéder à la clef de notre logement, C’est inadmissible. En résumé, la promesse de l’annonce, l’hygiène, le confort et la sécurité manquaient à l’appel. Avec l’état des ustensiles nous avons dues manger en extérieur et ainsi augmenter considérablement nos frais.
