It was a holiday when we arrived and so the cleaning staff had not come that day. But when we let the caretaker know, he immediately came himself and the flat was scrubbed. Everyday he called to check on any needs. He was super helpful. To find the building you must go through a gate for the hotel and pass it to the next building. It didn’t take too long to find. But if it was my first time to India 🇮🇳 I would have been very lost. Be confident and ask anyone and you will easily find it. Even the shop owners know.

Had a great stay at Satyams place .. he and his caretaker Dileep were always available on call ..the house is at a convenient location and were helpful with the amenities ..

The area in which the property is located was not good. As soon as I reached the property, I was greeted by multiple garbage bags placed right at the door which was a very unpleasant sight. The living room smelled entirely of smoke.

Not worth the price. The place was incredibly unclean and dirty. The flush wasn’t working. The walls had mold. Didn’t look like the photos. Bad experience overall

Satyam is a great host, extremely helpful and reachable at all times, special mention of the house maid, she has been a great help
