The place was very small and the beds, with only one sheet and a duvet, was very hard. The shower room was very small and water collected in the shower area for a while. The gym was spacious but needed more equipment eg bench press. The roof pool area was a reflection of the photos (after walking through a worn out closed bar area). With our flight delayed, the taxi arranged by host didn’t show so had to make other arrangements. This didn’t make us very receptive but we stayed for 4nights so our reflections are accurate. Updated photos (more photos) might let people know exactly what to expect, but as it stands , not worth what we paid in Phnom Penh.

Excellent location close to restaurants, sights, bars. The rooftop had amazing views and the swimming pool was the perfect temperature. The apartment was clean and quiet. We would definitely return and stay much longer!

At first I was looking to stay riverside but this BKK1 area is actually much better. I was very happy with the location and the room had a huge really nice balcony. The appliances are Chinese but a helpful tip is to use a translate app and take a picture of the remote and then they are very easy to use. I didn't eat at the rooftop but it was nice to get some drinks and the pool is really awesome just have to bring some sunscreen since there is no cover up there. The room is all brand new and everything was very comfortable. The place is setup like a hotel/condo so there are not any cooking utensils but eating out is not expensive anyway and we already planned on eating out every meal. The internet/wifi is very fast 300Mb/sec so definitely would be interested in staying here longer term and able to get work online done without any problem. The front desk people were also very helpful.
