The complex hosts many beautiful places to relax and enjoy time with family. There is an indoor heated pool steps away from the condo. Check out the breathtaking views from the outdoor pool overlooking the bay. Grab your fishing pole and head to the private fishing pier and then fry up your fresh catch of the day in one of several outdoor BBQ pits. If own a boat and would love to rent a boat slip for the day that is an option, please reach out to host as HOA charges 15$a day for rental. Boat dock is a five min. drive from the complex. Boat parking is off sight and can be set up with the front office in advance.
Condo is located in close proximity to all kinds of restaurants, shopping, beaches, and attractions.
Whitecap Beach is 5 mins drive also.
Mustang island beach is only a bridge over. (5mins drive)
Port Aransas is 15 mins drive
Seashore national Park is 10 mins drive(this is the place that does the sea Turtle releases)
South Texas Botanical Gardens & Nature Center
Texas A&M is 10 mins drive
It is easy access for boats to the Packary Cannel
Downtown Corpus Christi is 20 mins drive
Corpus Christi Airport is a 20mins drive
USS Lexington is 25 min drive
Texas State Aquarium is 25 min drive
Driscoll hospital and Spohn south hospital is 20 mins drive
There is on site parking with many spots to choose from it is first come, first serve and no designated parking spots. Be sure to grab your parking pass inside the unit when you check in and place it in your vehicle. On site security monitors complex and parking lot.
