The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. It is very spacious and enough room easily for a family of 4. The amenities around are fantastic and the view of KLCC is also great. We however did leave after 10 minutes after check-in as the toilet has faeces splattered up the back, the oven had food mess in the oven tray and there was a faint smell of smoke. The hosts were quick to respond to get cleaners in however after seeing what we had, none of us felt comfortable staying. The host was quick to respond and very helpful overall however there was a point where they sent quite a rude message to me for making 5 separate enquiries initially accidentally as I was scrolling through potential apartments, messaging questions and didn’t realise they were all from the same host. For me, the negatives outweigh the positives for this place and I wouldn’t be returning to a stay with this host unfortunately. I’m sure, if the place was pristine we would have managed to have a great stay here

The apartment was clean and offers a beautiful view of the city. Do not miss 35th floor pool, Jacuzzi / sauna. There a mall in the same building which is super convenient. Near Jaya grocer in that mall there are many reasonably priced eat outs. All towers and places are at close distance from the apartment. Host were super helpful and responsive. Wish there was a water purifier so that one doesn't have to buy water (plastic bottles :-( ) But everything else was just great. Many thanks. We will surely consider stay again.

Great location and in a very secure building with great amenities and close to shopping complex. Felt very safe. Apartment had everything you needed to stay, great to having washer and dryer. Some minor cleaning complaints and perhaps some written instructions as to how to use aircons/fans/water heating and washing/dryer would’ve been good. Some required different light switches to be on to function and it took us a while to work them out.

This is my 2nd time staying at HomeHorizon's room of Lucentia Residence. The furniture of configuration is ideal, comfortable bedding and full equipped kitchen (it will be better if dish drying rack and deep pot can be provided) . Always responded within three minutes. (Although most of the answers were in the check-in instructions provided, which I didn't check carefully). Two good restaurants of Lalaport are recommend , Pokok & Hookie Dookie.
